INZ-Approved High Volume Triangular Employer

Each role and worker remains subject to the applicable Job Check and AEWV approvals.

What Is Triangular Employment?

The Same Three-Party Structure, with a Migrant Employment Pathway

Both Labour Hire and Triangular Employment involve the client, Recruit Plus and the worker. Our Labour Hire service primarily places people who already hold New Zealand work rights, while Triangular Employment provides the required Job Check and AEWV employment pathway for eligible overseas talent.

Recruit Plus is the legal employer and the client manages day-to-day work. Employer accreditation, the Job Check and the worker’s AEWV are connected but separately approved stages.
